After 20 years of practicing labour and employment law, I am now offering my services as an arbitrator and mediator, in English and French, across Canada.
During the course of my career as counsel, I handled matters touching most aspects of labour and employment law and participated in several rounds of collective bargaining. I am available to mediate or arbitrate labour disputes, including grievance arbitration and interest arbitration.

MEDIATION
I practice traditional mediation, as well as transformative mediation which has recently proven effective in resolving many relationship conflicts, including harassment cases.
ARBITRATION
I accept grievance arbitration and interest arbitration mandates. I can hear matters under the regular procedure or under the parties’ expedited procedure.
MED-ARB
I offer Med-Arb to parties wishing to attempt a settlement on all or part of their issues before engaging in a hearing.
